my ipod i beinnd i cag strange ant sync my music.?
when i try to sync my ipod two things happen. the first is i hear the sound that indicates that something is plugged into my usb port. but then it makes the sound made when i unplug my ipod from the usb port. and then it goes back and forth between the two sounds repetitively.
the second thing is that itunes does recognize my ipod but a it is trying to sync i get an error that says: “the ipod cannot be synced. the required file cannot be found.”
i tried to get help from apple but my warranty expired and they wont help. i have already re installed itunes like 15 times.
what does this mean? and how do i get my ipod back to normal?
I’m sure this has something to do with the photo part of the ipod.
Some suggestions (try them at your own risk):
1. Install the latest version of itunes (if it’s not already installed)
2. Restore your ipod (click on the ipod in itunes, press the restore button)
3. Delete the photo’s from itunes/iphoto (but not from your computer) and try syncing the ipod again.
4. Search for the error on google and see if anyone else has found a fix.
